Luca Sburlati, from Turin, married with two daughters, graduated in International Political Science at the University of Turin with an Executive MBA at Bocconi University in Milan. Luca joined Pattern in 2012 as CEO and in these years has been contributing to make the company leader in the engineering, prototyping and production of collections for the most important fashion brands. He has been driving since 2017 the company’s growth process from the IPO at the Milano Stock Exchange to the acquisition of 12 Italian luxury companies, that today represent the Pattern Group: The first Italian Hub of Luxury Fashion Engineering and Production.

Luca previously worked at Azimut-Benetti yachts as CEO of the Atlantis brand and before had a management career in HR/Training into major international companies.

He has been held Confindustria roles for over twenty years, including the Vice-Presidency with responsibility for Innovation of SMEs of the Unione Industriali Torino, of which he is currently member of the General Council and Coordinator of the “Lifestyle” network. Member of the General Council of Sistema Moda Italia, he has been involved in national technical groups on Made in Italy and anti-counterfeiting.

His credo is to mix design, technology, sustainability to the craftsmanship using the extraordinary Italian know-how.
