Claudio Antonioli

CEO Antonioli Group

Claudio Antonioli is an Italian entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of fashion, music, retail, and lifestyle.

He founded Antonioli in Milan, one of the first and most influential multi-brand boutiques in Italy, currently located on Via P. Paoli in the Navigli district. The space quickly became a landmark for avant-garde fashion, showcasing designers such as Ann Demeulemeester, Rick Owens, Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garçons, and Junya Watanabe across menswear, womenswear, footwear, and accessories. The store combines retail, exhibition, and curatorial practice, reflecting Antonioli’s vision of fashion as a cultural experience rather than a purely commercial act.

In 2008, he expanded into the digital sphere with the launch of antonioli.eu, anticipating an e-commerce model that blended personalized assistance with an extensive visual archive of collections. The platform also featured exclusive interviews and editorial content with designers such as Rick Owens and Rei Kawakubo, reinforcing Antonioli’s position within the inner circles of the fashion system. Over the years, the physical network expanded with a boutique in Lugano and two boutiques in Ibiza.

Beyond retail, Antonioli was co-founder of New Guards Group, a company that played a pivotal role in the development and global expansion of brands including Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh.

In March 2020, through Antonioli Group, he acquired the historic Antwerp-based maison Ann Demeulemeester, with the aim of repositioning it as a high-end luxury brand while preserving the poetic and radical identity that defines its legacy. The relaunch began with the Fall/Winter 2021–2022 collection, marking the start of a new chapter for the house.

In June 2021, he launched 44 Label Group, a fashion brand rooted in Berlin’s techno culture, serving as a natural bridge between music, nightlife, and design.

His vision extends beyond fashion. In Milan, he founded Volt Club, a space dedicated to contemporary electronic music and experimentation, which has become a reference point for the international scene and further strengthened the dialogue between fashion and nightlife culture. In 2023, he expanded his universe with Sogni, a hospitality concept combining reinterpreted Mediterranean cuisine, curated music selection, and immersive interior design. These lifestyle ventures have quickly become key destinations for a sophisticated and cosmopolitan clientele seeking quality across the worlds of fashion, art, entertainment, and finance.

Claudio Antonioli is also the founder of Oasi Muso, a project dedicated to the protection and rescue of animals in need. Born from a personal commitment and grounded action, Oasi Muso operates actively in animal rescue, care, and the promotion of responsible adoption, supporting specialized associations and facilities. The initiative reflects an entrepreneurial vision that integrates social responsibility and tangible impact, extending the group’s values beyond the strictly commercial sphere.

“Fashion has no definition; it changes at the same speed as the world. Rather than following fashion, find every day a new way to be yourself.”

Through Antonioli Group, he continues to build a multidisciplinary platform where fashion, music, and culture coexist as parts of a single ecosystem
