Marianella Cervi

Marianella has worked in the sustainability and Circular Economy field for over 20 years,. Her core expertise lies in the fashion industry, having held roles at brands such as Nike and, most recently, at VF International Group, where she led the sustainability strategy for Timberland in the EMEA region. She later joined the VF EMEA Corporate Sustainability team, contributing to the development of VF’s global Circular Economy strategy and leading its regional implementation.

Throughout her career, Marianella has worked within international organizations across several European countries, both at the corporate level and within NGOs, including FLOCERT (Fairtrade). She is currently the Global Head of Programmes at The Fashion Pact, a global coalition of companies in the fashion and textile industry committed to leveraging collective action to accelerate the sector’s sustainable transition through high-impact joint initiatives.

In addition to her sustainability and circularity expertise, Marianella has completed studies in Design Thinking at Harvard Business School in Cambridge and is a professional coach trained by the CTI London school. Marianella is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
