LAURA GIULINI is a global luxury fashion executive with over 30 years of experience leading sales, brand strategy, and market expansion across Europe, Asia, and North America. She has held senior roles at Versace, Giorgio Armani, Maison Margiela, and most recently collaborated with Ferrari, Off-White, and Aspesi (among others). through her consultancy.
She began her career in Hong Kong with Benetton and Replay, before moving to New York in 1996 to join Versace during a pivotal era. She later led international growth initiatives at St. John Knits and served as VP of Sales at Giorgio Armani, overseeing a $150M wholesale business across all brands in the group.
In 2014, Laura joined the OTB Group, initially overseeing a portfolio of designer labels and later focusing on Maison Margiela, driving global strategy and business development under John Galliano’s creative direction.
Since launching her own consultancy in 2022, she has advised high-end brands on global expansion, retail strategy, and brand positioning. Recent projects include elevating Ferrari’s RTW presence in the US, restructuring Aspesi presence in North America, and refining Off-White’s wholesale strategy.
Fluent in four languages and now based between Milan and New York, Laura brings deep market insight, a strong global network, and a passion for craftsmanship to every collaboration. She holds dual Italian and U.S. citizenship, is the mother of Giorgio, and shares her home with a Corgi named Pina.
