Beatrice Grifoni

Beatrice Grifoni, born in Florence, has been a lawyer since 2004. She worked as in-house counsel in major fashion houses (Warnaco – i.e. Calvin Klein – and Valentino) for 20 years. As in-house counsel, Beatrice has handled every possible legal aspect related to the company, including corporate matters, M&A, JV, WHS and Retail issues. However, she truly excelled in managing the legal aspects of communication and event projects. For this reason, starting from January 2025, she joined EB Brands&Talents, as expert in Entertainment Law, to set up and regulate all matters related to the contractual relationship between Brands and Talents at 360°.
